Services We Offer
Specialist Will Writing Services combined with a Home Consultation. Draft Copy Wills are first produced together with a Legal Commentary which is now proving to be immensely popular. This is a well constructed interpretation to help our clients make more sense of their documentation and covering the Will in “Queens English” – A better understanding of your Will is essential.
Property Trusts to offset the potential problems of Residential Care Fees and the possible loss of the family home.
Specialist advice on making a Lasting Power of Attorney document – tailored to the needs of the individual. Many people looking to obtain this invaluable arrangement are very often paying more for the provision of this service than they actually need to.
Will Documents provided for children with special needs – specific trusts are required for this type of will.
Up to date Advice on Living Wills and the new Lasting Power of Attorney Health and Welfare.
Inheritance tax planning and probate advice.
All of these services are available on a home visit basis.
Harlestone Wills also offer an optional comprehensive legal review facility, enabling clients to have FREE re-writes for all selected documents. This system has run successfully for our legal review clients since 1992, also including a storage facility.
Many of our storage facilities are now also provided by the Kings Court Trust (based in Bath – BA1 1ER – 0300-303 9000 Registered Number 450 8778). Our long association with Kings Court enables all our clients to have access to first rate specialist probate services provided by Kings Court. An additional facility now enables all of our storage clients FREE inclusion on the National Will Register.
Asset Protection Trust: Harlestone Wills now offer advice on how to set up an Asset Protection Trust. This can greatly reduce or avoid Probate Fees altogether – Prevent Sideways Disinheritance and Adult Children Inheriting at the wrong time plus many more valuable benefits.
